(A gépünk állapota nem az ő felelősségük). Egy ideális (vagy csak nevezzük normálisnak) világban 1 csillagot akkor érdemelne egy szolgáltatás, ha befizetett számla mellett nem lenne otthon internet és az ügyfélszolgálat tartósan nem reagálna semmilyen megkeresésre. Egyszerűen borzalmas. Bármi probléma van vele mindíg arra hivatkoznak, hogy rossz a router és hasonlók. Arról nem is beszélve, hogy időjárás függő, mert a legkisebb szellő hatására megszűnik az amúgy is elég ritka internet kapcsolat.Aki jót akar magának, vagy van más lehetősége ne ezt válassza.
