Rám kerűlt a sor, készségesen elmagyarázta az egyik munkatárs, hogy mit kell tennem megértettem, fizetnem sem kellett udvariasan elköszöntünk és én elégedetten távoztam.

az előttem levő ügyfélnek sem tudta a problémáját megoldani..
semmi segítőkészség, semmi kedvesség... igazából az egy csillag is sok.
