Hiába hívnám fel őket senki nem veszi fel a telefont.. nem értem mire jó ez nekik, de ha jól megnézzük akkor láthatjuk hogy cseppet sem segítőkészek és semmi jóindulat nincs bennük. I went to get a driver's license and a chubby lady was "helping me" my first experience is terribly disgusting and tactile! No matter who I call them, no one answers the phone .. I don't understand how good it is for them, but if you look at it well you can see that they are not helpful and have no goodwill.
I	Imi on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Gyors ügyintézés, kedves ügyfélszolgálat! Budapestről mentem le, gépjármű átírás miatt. (Budapesten 2 hónap várólista, itt 1 munkanap). A papírmunka kereken 7 percig tartott + 5 perc várakozás az előtérben! Igy kellene működnie mindenhol! Express, nice customer service! I left Budapest because of a car rewrite. (Budapest 2 months queue in one working day). The paperwork lasted around seven minutes + 5 minutes waiting in the lobby! That's how it should work everywhere!

Mikor megjelent a sorszam bementünk kb 10 mp volt, majd az ügyintéző közölte hogy lezárta a sorszámunkat. Mi van??? Várjuk meg aki utánunk jön. En várjak 2 kicsi gyerekkel... Kösz. Vártunk kb negyed orat majd otthagytam oket a francba. I wanted to make a person with 2 small children (2.5 years old, 1 month old). When the serial number appeared we entered it was about 10 seconds and then the clerk announced that he had closed our serial number. What??? Let's wait for whoever comes after us. I'm waiting with 2 little kids ... Thanks. We waited for about a quarter of an hour and then left them to hell.

Vagy csörög nem veszik fel, vagy végig csörög és átugrik foglaltra, kb 40x hívtam őket, különböző időpontokban. FELHÁBORÍTÓ, FŐLEG JELEN HELYZETBEN!!! Ha az ügyintéző hölgy nem kiabálva kérte volna számon hogy miért nem vittem vissza a gyermekem ideiglenes szem,igazolványát..akkor menne az 5 csillag. De ettől függetlenül tényleg dolgoznak.Mondjuk én is sokat dolgozom,de nem szoktam kiabálni közben ,senkivel. They work a lot, really. If the clerk had not shouted and asked me why I had not returned my child's temporary eye, ID card. Then it would go to 5 stars. But regardless, they really work. Let's say I work a lot too, but I don't usually shout in the meantime with anyone.
