Az 1914 és 1918 között épült, eredetileg katonai egyenruhagyárnak tervezett épületet - számos funkcióváltást követően - 2002-ben építették át modern, 21. századi irodaházzá.
A zöld belső kerttel is büszkélkedő komplexum 28 500 négyzetméteren kínál átlagon felüli belmagassággal és padlótól a mennyezetig érő, hatalmas ablakokkal rendelkező irodákat.
Az épületben 24 órás helyszíni biztonsági szolgálat, ATM és étterem-kávézó működik.A bérlők és a vendégek számára ingyenes WIFI áll rendelkezésre a kertben; ezen felül kézi autómosó, díjmentes vendégparkoló és buszjárat is szolgálja a kényelmüket.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ For me, it was just amazing finding this beauty while walking around. The building is imposing, elegant and neat. The surrounding is stunning as well, with the view of the hills on one side, and the boulevard to Újbuda-központ on the other. The renovation has made justice to this early Twentieth century factory.
