But the MyRegus software is terrible, its full of bugs and broken features, I wasted so many hours and energy trying to achieve as simple things as reaching customer support or changing company details. Lots of server errors, client errors, broken features. The worst experience I've had in any app in a long time. I've used it for almost a year, I even reported issues when the app wasn't broken and it let me submit feedback, but I haven't seen any improvement
