Tolle Beratung auch was Make-up Tipps angeht. Hier geht niemand mit einem total unpassenden Lippenstift hinaus. Very large, clean, bright and friendly branch with classic offers and very nice, dedicated employees who go out of their way to their customers. Great advice on makeup tips too. Nobody goes out here with a totally inappropriate lipstick.

We were buying Jo Malone perfume which is supposed to be sold in a nice box, but the women decided to sell us the perfume for 100€ with no box. This is the worst customer service ever and we even needed to wait for her to finish something else as she was busy packing someone else’s purchase and not Ben packing up the one which we bought. This would have never happen in the Jo Malone store. Avoid coming here.

Douglas keeps up the standards, and the staff here is an expert in any of the perfumes, fragrances. There is a wide variety of products, and for sure you will find the most suitable one for you, especially when you have such professional support like these people working here.
