★ ★ ★ ★ ★ THE WORST DOUGLAS IN EUROPE. Extremely rude staff. They put a 20% off everything sign at the entrance, so I proceeded to pick out what I wanted. When I was ready to pay and noticed that I didn't get any discount on my purchase, the cashier had the nerve to lash out at me, a foreigner, for not knowing that luxury products are not included in the promotion. Well, you are not gonna sell anything with that attitude, discount or not. I would give 0 star if I could.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The staff is neither friendly nor helpful at all. They are standing there putting make up for themselves and when I asked them for help they were really useless. I definitely don't recommend this place to anyone who wants to have help in choosing their make-up. I just give 2 stars because they have a good varieties of brands with promotions on selected items.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Unfriendly environment. When I came in at least five sales assistants were standing without any job to do. Did not greet me and neither offered help. Applies also to the lady from the Jo Malone section. One assistant told me that a certain brand is not available at whole Hungary... Well, I found it at another store five minutes away...

I would assume that the store that is centrally located would have english-speaking consultants, i tried to approach 3 consultants for help, none of them were willing to help and one of them simply looked away from me. Very rude and unprofessional stuff.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Absolutely terrible service. I bought online from them.. Expensive Eau de parfume. Then for returning, I have to send my self to some random Budapest adress.
Can they not handle this in the shop? Never ever coming back.
Also.. They are always 17 staff women in the shop looking very confused. Impressive amount of employers doing.. Not so much.
