Not just a tourist trap but the harassment on the main street! A seller guy was following us and several other girls on the street and catcalling. What an actual hell is that? It's not a selling it's a harassment and police should be informed.

I was talked into buying salt scrub from sahar. I was assured that this could be taken back home in hand luggage as it was salt. Cost me 40 GBP only for it to be taken off me at security. I am very angry and disappointed that I was lied to and have received no reply from Facebook message. Not good service

Scammers waiting on the street to catch potential clients, promising immediate wrinkels elimination. The cream might show results within an hour and lose its effectiveness later on. Do not tempt yourself to discounts. I payed 250 euros for a 10g collagen cream. This price is after 50% "discount". 25 euro/g!

I am so tired being harassed by your so called store employees whenever I walk on Vaci utca. They are catcalling women and harassing them. I have been living here for a long time, and apparently no matter how many people complain about your unprofessional 'selling strategy' you just keep doing the same thing. I swear next time, I will record it and call the police to complain about it and tell them how you are scamming tourists as well.

Awful. Got talked into buying some salt scrub and moisturiser only to realise that we cannot take it back in hold luggage. Went to return it as it was very expensive(£67 per product). We weren’t told how much the product was until the counter and they never told us before purchasing that it was no refund policy. Made us exchange it for products we didn’t even want(100ml foot cream) and salt scrub they claim can go on the plain. Awful customer service, would not recommend and seen to target tourists to Scam.

DO NOT buy the salt and cream offered to you as you walk past! It is advertised as hand luggage acceptable in the shop and the staff ensured it was too. When going through security at the airport i had to throw it away as they did not allow it through despite the packaging stating the salt in grams. I even tried to explain that it was advertised as hand luggage acceptable and got no where. £50 gone to waste through false advertisement. Completely unacceptable as there is no contact information to request a refund through either.
