Jerk, contemptuous style sellers. Their boss could really talk to them, because that way there would be no profit. I'd rather buy the product elsewhere, even if it's more expensive.

Sellers prefer to talk to each other and are arrogant not to help buyers and when I asked for help they told me to find that particular product. Thank you in return for anything! The most embarrassing thing about it is that you have to go abroad to buy in order to get normal service and quality products, you have to go to Romania, Sephora to have your cosmetics even to be embarrassed to say. It’s best to have an American relative and be able to bring products from Sephora with him. Anything better than this company.

Today, a lady with glasses, blonde, short wavy hair, came to me to help me, and despite my pickiness, she patiently helped me and presented in detail every product I was interested in. We even found the right one that I would never have taken off the shelf myself! I see negative reviews, but I still recommend it, I had a good experience.

I bought a Chanel perfume today for not a little money. I’ve been looking at this scent for a long time, and I’ve always found that 1-2 blows abound enough all day, the scent is so intense. However, the product I bought almost completely vanished after 10 minutes, even though I bought Direct Perfume. I indicated the problem in the store, to which I got the answer that since I tried the product, they can send it for testing, which will cost me more than the perfume itself. Or if I don’t want the product, I can sell it online. I honestly don't know where to put that answer. Obviously I got dissatisfied because the product has 0 durability (although it shouldn't be like that based on testers) and I had to try it (?!?!). The other is that I get more than 10 thousand forints for an examination ?? And sell it online? I have never received such an answer from any store! Of course, it’s easier to shrug the lady and push it to sell it online if I’m not happy with it 1 hour after the purchase! I’m sorry this store that works at such prices can afford this standard! Next time, I’ll definitely be buying in a place where they’re more flexible and looking for a solution to the problem, not shaking it off. And by the way, I would like to point out that I didn’t ask for the money back, I didn’t even want to. I went in so that I would rather still pay for it, maybe they exchanged something together, because there are a lot of variations of this scent, in different strengths, but they didn't give me a chance.

The saleswoman refused to pack the perfume she bought as a gift, claiming that she didn't have time for that because there were only two of them, in contrast, there were 5 sellers in the store, 3 of whom were just talking. He put it in a box with great difficulty during large jaw cuts. It’s ridiculous to expect such a service in an empty shop for so much money

The selection is good, the performers are knowledgeable and kind, the prices are high.

The sellers are as unfriendly and reluctant as if they were training them directly. They pull their mouths when they have to serve, even though I didn’t even want to pick but went for a specific thing. This has been my experience twice in the last month, one thing is for sure, I don’t spend a penny more in this store and I don’t bother the sellers with my presence. :)
