G	Gréta Arday on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Múlt héten, amikor az üzletben jártunk, az egyik eladó hangosan és nem túl kedvesen megkérdezte tőlem, hogy nem tettem-e el az egyik árut. Már csak a feltételezés is felháborító. Ezek után természetesen a barátom és én kaptuk a gyanakvó pillantásokat a többi eladótól, vásárlótól. Majd újra hangosan a nő: "hallucináltam volna, hogy eltette... " Egyébként ezzel a hölggyel nem most találkoztam először és a többi alkalommal is lekezelően bánt a vevőkkel. Ez egy aprócska bolt, több eladóval, figyeljenek jobban, én pedig az említett kozmetikum közelében sem jártam. Illetve úgy gondolom, hogy diszkréten is el lehet intézni egy ilyet. Borzasztó kellemetlenül éreztem magam utána. Annyira meglepődtem, hogy panaszt sem tettem. Last week, when we went to the store, one of the salesmen asked me loudly and not very kindly if I did not make one of the goods. Only assumption is outrageous. After that, of course, my friend and I got the suspicious glances from other sellers and buyers. Then again loudly the woman said: "I would have hallucinated to put her away ..." By the way, I did not meet this lady for the first time and treated the customers the other times. This is a tiny shop with more sellers, more attention, and I haven't been to that cosmetic. I also think that one can be treated discreetly. I felt terribly uncomfortable afterwards. I was so surprised that I didn't complain.

Viszont a másik hölgy kedves volt, és segítőkész. Csak miatta adok 2 csillagot. I managed to catch a handler and a grim cashier. He was poor ugly and fat, certainly frustrated by that. The other lady, on the other hand, was kind and helpful. I only give it 2 stars because of it.

Jött egy másik eladó, aki a mellettem álló kolléganőjét kérdezte,hog szólt-e a pultról? Majd ezek után jön oda a hölgy hozzám,hogy a pultról nem lehet vásárolni,mert leltározás van... Nyitva tartási időben leltározni, ilyet se láttam még.. Többet biztos nem megyek be vásárolni ebbe az üzletükbe. I purposefully walked into the store and started looking for the product I was already looking online with a salesman standing next to me. There was another salesman who asked his colleague next to me what was he talking about at the counter? Then after that the lady comes to me that you can't buy from the counter because there is inventory ... In opening hours, I haven't seen anything yet .. I definitely won't go shopping in this store.

Végül más termékeket vásároltam, de az arra vonatkozó akciókat is ismertette. Kisfiam közben felfedezte az üzlet minden termékét, de nagyon türelmes volt a hölgy vele is. A törzsvásárlói programjukat elmondta amihez természetesen csatlakoztam. Nagyon pozitív élménnyel zártam a vásárlást és a termekek is jó minőségűek. Biztosan visszatérő vásárlója leszek a márkának. We jumped in at the end of the shopping tour, I was purposefully looking for a product. The sales lady was kind and helpful. Eventually, I bought other products, but also described the promotions for that. My little one, meanwhile, discovered every product in the store, but the lady was very patient with her as well. He told me about their loyalty program which I naturally joined. I closed the purchase with a very positive experience and the products are also of good quality. I will definitely be a returning customer of the brand.
