R	Renata Devenyi on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Eddig 3 alkalommal voltam a Beauty Esztétikában ajaktöltésen. Minden alkalommal maximálisan elégedett voltam, a doktornő profi és mindenki nagyon kedves. Külön köszönet a recepciósnak, ugyanis az utolsó időpontomat le kellett mondanom 1 nappal előtte egészségügyi okok miatt de amint rendbe jöttem szerettem volna minél hamarabb egy új időpontot és a recepciós hölgy végtelenül segítőkész volt és rövid időn belül mehettem is. Csak ajánlani tudom!?? So far, I have been on the lip aesthetic 3 times in Beauty Aesthetics. Every time I was completely satisfied, the doctor was a professional and everyone was very kind. Special thanks to the receptionist, because I had to cancel my last appointment 1 day before due to health reasons but as soon as I was in order I wanted a new appointment as soon as possible and the receptionist was extremely helpful and I could go in a short time. I can only recommend! ??
M	Marica Kosztyo on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ma 10 óràra volt időpontom, amit 30 napja kaptam. Mikor oda erkeztem, senki nem engedett fel, telefonàltam, nem vettèk fel, kèsőbb visszahívtak. Mondtàk, hogy ők 1 hete lemondtak minden időpontot, mert a doktornő rajta kívül àlló okok miatt nincs ma dèlelőtt. Igen, làttam, insta ès facebook storyjàban kèsőbb, hogy fodràsznàl volt. De mint kiderült a kedves hölgy akinèl az időpontom le lett foglalva, volt kollèganő, nem is írt be. Majd felajànlottàk, hogy mèg ma 15:30-ra visszamehetek. Àtszerveztem a napom, persze legyen meg ha màr 1 hónapja vàrok... Majd 14:17-kor felhívtak, hogy a doktornő ma mègsincs ès nèzzünk màsik időpontot. Úgy őszintèn 1 napos dupla àtverès utàn mèg bàrki elmenne ilyen helyre? Bàr lehet hasonló szemèt módon kèrnem kellett volna új időpontot ès viszonzàsul nem elmenni. De amièrt leginkàbb nem vàllalnèk be ilyen helyen új időpontot, mert lehet ujra eltünne a foglalàsom, vagy 70percel előtte mondanànak le újra, vagy bàrmi hasonló. Gratulàlok ez úton is a "megbizhatósàgukhoz", "korrektsègükhöz"! Mert csak ennyihez tudok. Senkinek sem ajànlom ha nem akar csalódni :/ I had an appointment for 10 o’clock today that I got 30 days ago. When I got there, no one let me in, I called, they didn’t pick me up, they called me back later. They said they had canceled all appointments for 1 week because the doctor was not here this morning for reasons beyond her control. Yes, I saw, later in her insta and facebook story, that she was a hairdresser. But as it turned out the kind lady from whom my date was booked was a colleague, she didn't even write in. Then they offered to go back to 15:30 today. I reorganized my day, of course, if I have been waiting for 1 month ... Then at 14:17 I was called to see the doctor today and see another date. Honestly, after a double day of 1 day, would anyone go to such a place? Although I may have asked for a new date in a similar crap way and did not go in return. But most of all, I wouldn’t make a new appointment at a place like this, because my booking could be canceled again, or they could be canceled again 70 minutes before, or anything like that. Congratulations on your "reliability" and "correctness"! Because that's all I can do. I do not recommend anyone if you do not want to be disappointed: /

Dr Hegedûs Bea munkája Gyönyörû, az árlista teljesen reàlis ès nem akar rávenni felesleges beavatkozàsokra. Ùj recepciòs (2020 nyara òta?) van aki szintèn nagyon kedves ès termèszetes. Csak ajánlani tudom a teljes csapatot ❤️ One of the best aesthetic centers in the city. I have been around 7 times and have usually been accurately received by the Doctor. The work of Dr. Bea Violin is beautiful, the price list is completely realistic and she does not want to be persuaded to make unnecessary interventions. There is a new receptionist (since the summer of 2020?) Who is also very kind and natural. I can only recommend the whole team ❤️

I can't comment on the treatments because all they have done to me is to waste my time. After going to the center 3 times I finally got my appointment, when I get there a very rude guy working as a receptionist told me that I have no appointment. I tell him how come, if it's even written in my agenda, and I already discussed the treatment with the doctor last time? He says no, Im sorry, so I tell him okay, find me please a solution. With very bad manners they give me an appointment for next day (already 4th appointment) when I wake up this morning, they have sent a message saying, I'm sorry, the doctor cancelled the appointment she is not working today, find another clinic. (Here are the proof the doctor worked today) UNBELIEVABLE THE LACK OF CUSTOMER SERVICE AND PROFESSIONALITY, SUCH A DISAPPOINTMENT AND WASTE OF TIME.

I HAD AN APPOINTMENT EVEN MARKED IN MY CALENDAR that your receptionist did not save, she even admitted it happened before with other customers. The two times I was there, my eyelids were completely recovered, we discussed the treatment and settled the appointment, last but not least, you cancelled my appointment by phone message. Do I even have to upload a picture of my eyes to proof that you are lying again? At least please be professional and accept your mistake and poor of customer service. It's honestly, what a professional would have done, I have all proofs of what I am talking, please don't ridiculice yourself, this experience is already very annoying, you should have made it up.
