★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Hat alle Unterlagen wie Arztbericht und Röntgenbilder vom erstbehandelnden TA mit Befund für die anstehende OP gleichentags erhalten. Antwortet tagelang, also mehrere Tage, trotz nachträglicher zweimaliger tel. Nachfrage und 2. Email nicht mehr. In der Zwischenzeit guten Tierarzt gefunden, und OP in der Rückwartezeit schon dort gemacht. Man kann doch ein Tier, das nach einem Unfall operiert werden muss und Schmerzen hat, nicht so lange warten lassen, bis der TA sich dann nach Wochen erst meldet. Es ist halt eine grosse, unpersönliche Tierklinik.
Received all documents such as doctor's report and X-rays from the first treating TA with findings for the upcoming surgery on the same day. Answers for days, so several days, despite subsequent twice tel. Demand and 2nd email no more. In the meantime found a good vet and had the surgery done there while waiting. You can't let an animal that has to be operated on after an accident and is in pain wait so long for the vet to call back weeks later. It's just a big, impersonal animal hospital.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very disappointing experience. It was, to say the least, very chaotic. Several customers in the room at the same time. No specific and focused attention to your pet. It came across very unprofessional. Moreover, I went there to have my cat of 16y euthanized (which he did not do, by the way), so I expected some sympathy and compassion, which was lacking all together. I do not intend to go back there, ever.
