Sie ist sehr kompetent und macht super Profiarbeit. Dort ist alles sehr sauber und man kann sein Tier dort getrost in ihre Obhut geben. Leider kein Kunden WC. Nur mit Termin aber dadurch keine langen Wartezeiten. Freundlich aber auch zügig. Kein blabla, sondern das wesentliche. Noch keine Kartenzahlung möglich, wird sich aber alsbald ändern. The doctor is very competent, but also knows her own limits. Inexpensive in comparison to other colleagues. Parking in front of the practice is easy. Unfortunately no customer toilet. Only with an appointment but no long waiting times. Friendly but also quick. No blabla, but the essentials. Card payment is not yet possible, but will change soon.

Nice waiting area with comfortable interior and chairs. They spoke perfect English and were happy to take me in right away. Appointments are recommended, though luckily they were able to treat my cat immediately without an appointment.
