Véleményem szerint joggal való visszaélést követ el és a behajtó céget pártolja, miközben a közjegyzői tv szerint pártatlannak kellene lennie. A ügy tekintetében a minimumot megtették és utána egy túlárazott szakvéleményt próbáltak nekem ajánlani, amit nem fogadtam el. Mivel nem fogadtam el a túlárazott szakvélleményt, amit jeleztem nekik, hoztak egy határozatot, hogy nem fogadtam el és kiszámlázták a "szerintük jogosan" számlázott díjat. Természetesen, hogy bekérjenek 2 ajánlatott azzal nem siettek. Az iroda a kötelező papír pecsételésen túl és a jogszabályokban szabályozott feladatokon túl véleményem szerint semmire sem alkalmas, ha esetleg valaki szakmaiságra számítana. We even checked the telephone number. No text or call. Clearly a lie. Additionally no apology or concession. I would recommend another notaary that will be sure of being at the appointment.
