★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A honlapomat több versenytársam szabad szellemi forrásnak tekintette, így nem egyszer találtam a saját tulajdonú szövegeimet, képeimet, marketing ötleteimet mások weboldalán, másolatban. Dr. Németh Gabriella segítségével sikerült elérnem, hogy senkinek ne érje meg fittyet hányni a szerzői jogokra.
Külön köszönet azért is, hogy nyáron, amikor külföldi nyaralásom kellős közepén volt szükségem azonnali jogi segítségre, egyetlen e-mail elegendő volt, és Ügyvédnő rögtön cselekedett. Ezen a gyorsaságon adott esetben ügyek állhatnak vagy bukhatnak. Az én ügyemben egy webtartalom meglétét kellett igazolni, amit a weboldal tulajdonosa később - felismervén, hogy ha bizonyítani tudom, hogy ő az adott tartalmat megjelentette, nagy bajba kerülhet - megpróbálta eltüntetni. Ezért volt behozhatatlan előny, hogy Dr. Németh Gabriella addigra már intézkedett a tartalom közokiratba foglalásáról.
