Nem fedi a valóságot, ami az oldalukon szerepel; nem tüntetik fel, ha egy termék nincs raktáron.
A vásárlókat szegényesen vagy egyáltalán nem tájékoztatják.
Abszolút nem ügyfél orientált az üzletpolitikájuk.
Cserébe a szállítási költséget nem térítik vissza nem teljesített/törölt rendelés esetében.
Hosszabban:
Január 29-n rendeltem egy terméket.
Nem volt feltüntetve az oldalon, hogy nincs raktáron, erről egy e-mail-t kaptam február 1-n. Ezen e-mailben azt is közölték, hogy február hó közepéig teljesítik a kifizetett rendelésem.
Mivel ez nem teljesült, ezért felhívtam őket, érdeklődni. A telefonos hölgy némi habozás után informált, hogy csúszásban vannak. Február 21-n kaptam egy újabb e-mailt, miszerint március 4-ig fogják kiszállítani a terméket.
Persze nem szállították ki, ezért márc. 7-n ismételten felhívtam őket, hogy ugyan mi újság van már. S a telefonos hölgy be is vallotta, hogy a kolleginája abban a pillanatban, ahogy megtudta ki hívja őket, rohant el a raktárba intézni a csomagom.
A GLS futár állítólag 8-n és 9-n is megpróbálta kiszállítani, erről nem kaptam értesítést.
Másik bolt által feladott csomaggal kapcsolatban keresett a GLS.
NEM AJÁNLOM. ?
In short: I DO NOT RECOMMEND BECAUSE:
It does not cover the reality that is on their side; not indicated if a product is out of stock.
Buyers are poorly or not informed at all.
Their business policy is absolutely not customer oriented.
In return, the shipping cost will not be refunded in case of non-fulfilled / canceled order.
Longer:
I ordered a product on January 29th.
It was not indicated on the site that it was out of stock, I received an email about this on February 1st. It was also reported in this email that my paid order will be fulfilled by mid-February.
Since this was not fulfilled, I called them to inquire. The lady on the phone informed me after some hesitation that they were slipping. I received another email on February 21 that the product will be shipped by March 4th.
Of course not shipped, so March. At 7 I called them again to see what newspaper was already there. And the lady on the phone also confessed that the moment her colleague, as soon as she found out who was calling them, rushed to the warehouse to handle my package.
The GLS courier allegedly tried to deliver on both 8 and 9, I was not notified.
GLS was looking for a package shipped by another store.
I DO NOT RECOMMEND. ?
