Horrible, believer. He couldn't fix one drone after 5 months of believing, and the other was twice as much as he said. Avoid everyone.

Nagy részük raktárról azonnal elérhető, a többi rendelhető. Kedvező árfekvés, udvarias szakszerű kiszolgálás a bemutató teremben (ami inkább átvételi pontként funkcionál). Személyes átvételt választottam, így a kiszállításról nem tudok véleményt mondani. Huge selection! All known and lesser-known drone brand machines and accessories are available at the company. Most of them are immediately available from stock, others can be ordered. Favorable price range, polite professional service in the showroom (which functions more as a reception point). I chose personal pickup, so I can't comment on delivery.

(közel két hónap során) A cégtől többször is kértünk információt a rendelés állapotáról, a megkeresésünkre nem reagáltak. Nem voltak együttműködőek. Felajánlottuk, hogy egy kárpótló cseretermék elküldése esetében nem fogjuk nyilvánosan kifejezni a véleményünket, de ezzel a lehetőséggel az üzlet nem élt. (amennyiben mégis, a bejegyzést hajlandó vagyok eltávolítani) Jelenleg fogyasztóvédelmi eljárás keretein belül fogjuk tisztázni a történteket, mivel itt nem csupán egy elkésett, soha meg nem érkezett rendelésről van szó, de a várakozásokkal, megkeresésekkel eltelt idő, illetve az elmaradt ünnepi ajándékról is. Szerintem felháborító, hogy ilyen esetben egy kárpótlási cseretermék kiküldésére sem hajlandó az üzlet, 2 hónap csúszás esetén. Nem javaslom, hogy bármit rendeljenek tőlük, mert a termék lehet, hogy soha nem fog megkérkezni, és nem fognak együttműködő megértő viselkedést tapasztalni a shop részéről. I don't recommend it. We ordered a Christmas present from them, which did not arrive until January 20th. (almost two months) We repeatedly requested information from the company about the status of the order, and did not respond to our inquiry. They were not cooperative. We have offered that we will not publicly express our views in the case of sending a replacement product, but this option has not been used by the business. (if I do, I am willing to remove the post) We are currently in the process of clarifying what happened as part of a consumer protection procedure, as it is not only a late order that has never been received, but also a delay in waiting and inquiries. I find it outrageous that in such a case, the business is not willing to send out a replacement product in the event of a 2-month delay. I do not recommend ordering anything from them because the product may never arrive and they will experience cooperative understanding from the shop.

A vásárolt drónhoz közük sincs ,H mit hogy kell csinàlni.... Felháborító! We bought a drone for almost 70 thousand, which is not a lot of money for someone, but not a little! There are no instructions for use in Hungarian! They have nothing to do with the drone you bought, H what to do .... Outrageous!
