Igényes környezetben, jó hangulatban teltek az edzések, a mai napig imádom, hogy csak 20 perc?
Az edzés végén a beszélgetések mellé mindig járt egy fehérje turmix???
Nagyon hatékony, nagyon hamar látványos eredményt lehet vele elérni.

I was looking for a studio near Dunakeszi where E-Fit trainings are held. I didn't know anything about this form of movement, but Attila fell in love with me so much that I also became an E-Fit personal trainer and opened my own studio.
The trainings took place in a demanding environment, in a good mood, to this day I love that only 20 minutes
At the end of the workout, the conversations were always accompanied by a protein shake
It is very effective and can achieve spectacular results very quickly.
I heartily recommend it to everyone
