 2 days a week is not enough.
The customer service young lady is rare normal.
Solving the problem does not add much good to the attitude of things. EXCELLENT !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

2 days is very little, but would not take advantage of the 5 days of customer reception per week.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Amiért mentem, nem tudtam elintézni, az ügyfélszolgálatost nem is láttam, egy biztonságiőr volt a közvetítő, aki nem tudta elmondani, hogy én mit szeretnék és mi lenne a megoldás rá, így felesleges a két nap is,arról nem is beszélve, hogy másik ügyfelek előtt kellett ezt rendezni.
What I went for, I couldn’t arrange, I didn’t even see the customer service, a security guard was the broker who couldn’t tell me what I wanted and what the solution would be for him, so it’s unnecessary for the two days, not to mention other customers had to settle before.
