Ebony Premium Apartments

Отличное расположение! Вход в дом по коду. Стойка администратора на верхнем этаже. Хороший интерьер. Есть всё необходимое. Из минусов: очень шумно из-за дороги и старых окон (невозможно спать), шторы тонкие, ночью слишком светло, морозилка полностью покрыта толстым льдом, который громко трескается, плохой слив в душевой кабине, быстро наполняется поддон, не закрываются двери кабины. Пол в номере не был чистым.

Great apartments. Premium is a good naming. Good service. The location is good if you want to go to the famous ruin bars or visit the central areas. The apartments have everything you need, kitchen and all nessecary supplies. Washingmachine and iron is great when you are traveling.

Positive aspects: - Good location - The kitchen was not too bad - Washing machine - There was a huge window in the apartment without a dark curtain so the room was too bright in the morning to sleep comfortably. We asked for a dark curtain and they installed it a few days later (although there was still too much light in the room). Negative: - The place was quite dirty (floors, dust, spider webs, shower, sofa, carpet, walls...) - We went to the reception to ask for a second key as we were 2 guests and they said there's only 1 key. This was very inconvenient. - The apartment is not well maintained, there were a few broken items: - Shower head holder - Main door (it didn't close properly) - Bathroom door - The WiFi was not usable: the signal was very poor, internet was not loading - Very poor isolation: the place was really noisy, you could hear groups of people walking in the building the whole day and night - They should provide at least a couple of smaller lamps for the apartment (one next to the bed, one next to the kitchen...), having only the ceiling lights is really uncomfortable - The cleaning service tried to come into our room 1.5 hours before our check-out time without even knocking
