Ok hotel with little recognition dor Hilton Honors elite members. Rooms are clean. Not much views from the room outside being towards the others buildings since it's located among a small street surrounded by other buildings. Breakfast spread is ok. Staff are ok. Best feature of this property is it's location. As an elite member they don't even provide a late check-out of two hours after usual check out time. A disappointing stay and based on this will not recommended this place especially for Hhonors elite members. One of the worst Hilton Garden Inn I've stayed in from customer service point of view. [Adding based on response from the property: Yes I do understand that different Hiltons has it's own brand standard benefits - which I do respect, but if the property was truly aiming for better customer service, it is not illegal to provide some additional benefits for your Elite members outside of what's written on paper - remember a little investment in your guests experience can lead to a bigger return in most cases]

This review is just considering the the breakfast team, since they deserve special recognition. All very welcoming, smiling and super friendly. Especially Klaudia the supervisor, Robin and Liza. The Hotel can be very happy to have people like this in its team.

We've had a lovely stay at the hotel. The location is spot on. Our room was spacious and had everything we could need. The room was clea. The bed was comfy. The breakfast was great too. Excellent experience overall.

I recently had a great three night stay here at the Hilton Garden Inn. The staff was kind, the room was clean & confortable and the hotel itself was located in a great location. They also did a wonderful job recognizing me as a Diamond member with a complimentary room upgrade and welcome drink. I would definitely stay here again.

Nice hotel, great location in city centre. Clean. Friendly staff. Room wasn't very spacious but it was OK. Breakfast could be better and with wider selection but again OK for the money. Bottom line we had a very good experience. I recommend it

For a mid range hotel this is very good. It is down a back road but was relatively quiet as a result. The rooms were exactly what you'd expect from a hilton as they are all pretty much the same. Staff here were excellent and very professional. No noise in the hotel and comfortable beds. The lifts were reasonably quick to call and ride. My only negative would be that the breakfast was underwhelming. The selection was quite limited but decent enough quality.

I stayed in the HGI Budapest for 3 nights in a king room. The staff were very helpful on check in and check out, happy to order airport taxis and the lady who checked me in provided a great restaurant recommendation for myself and my colleagues. The hotel is nice and modern and the rooms feel upmarket. The location is perfect for exploring Budapest, very central and close to transport links. Some pros and cons of the rooms are below: Pros: - Comfy, huge bed. A good level of firmness for me - Nice bathroom with good hot powerful shower with heated towel rail and mirror. - Spacious room for Europe. - Fridge to store your own drinks and snacks. Cons: - The room had air conditioning but it didn't really seem to cool the room at all. I had it set to 18C at all times but my room never dropped below 23C. Fortunately the window can be opened. - Tea and Coffee station but no black tea - only green and a herbal infusion. - Room walls are soundproofed but the doors are not, so you can hear guest and housekeeping staff in the corridors talking, cleaning, slamming doors etc. - No complimentary bottled water Overall, I'd recommend the hotel. It was s good price and in a great location.
