Garanciális hibát gyorsan javították, a HDD-t cserére 3x is sor került, kicserélték szó nélkül. Nem garanciális alaplapcsere helyett, kivették a hibás chipet, elvesztettem az USB portot, de egy óra munkával megúsztam az alaplapcserét. They were very willing to buy, on time delivery, I could pay by wire transfer. The warranty failure was quickly repaired, the HDD was replaced 3x, replaced without a word. Instead of non-warranty replacement motherboard, they removed the defective chip, I lost the USB port, but got away with one hour of work for motherboard replacement.

A gép még garanciális, és közölték, hogy ezt nem lehet garanciába megoldani, és nem tudják, nekem hogy sikerült így (azt mondták: "Valószínűleg jó napjuk volt és azért."). Holott a szervízazonosító leírja potosan mit cseréltek a gépben, és abból mi volt garanciális. (A gép ára kb. 300 000 Ft. Szerintem egy felhasználó nem ezt várná el sem a gyártótól, sem egy hivatalos márkaszervíztől, ha már megvesz egy ilyen gépet). S	SMOKEY BLUE SIAMI CAT on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Telefonon árajánlatot kéretem egy javításra 23000 ft-ot mondtak bevittem a gépet és másnak közölték 39000 ezer lesz a javítás.Akkor nem kérem mondtam a 60000 forintos gépet nem fogom majd 40-ért megjavíttatni elhoztam tőlük a gépet otthon vettem észere,hogy kicsit kevesebb lett a ram a gépben 2X4Gb volt benne most 1X4 gb + 1X2gb van benne kvázi egy 4 gb ramot kicseréltek egy 2 gb-osra. I have arrived at 16.06 and the personnel claimed it was open till 16.00 and is closed. When trying to ask questions, they just left / ignored me. I haven’t seen such a customer approach for a long time! My conclusion? For sure not coming back ever & if this is Acer’s representatives approach, my next computer brand will for sure be a different one.
