A 240 gb-os kingston sata ssd-ból volt ugyan raktáron, de a hátizsákjából halászta elő az eladó, közel 20%-al a meghirdetett ár felett (és a meghirdetett ár sem a legolcsóbbak közé tartozik). Le is mentem az alagsor szintre, találtam egy boltot, és meg is találtam ott ugyanazt, olcsóbban mint a Janusnál meghirdetett példány. Senkinek nem ajánlom. Kivéve a NAV-ot, nekik nagyon tetszene. I looked at two products in their webshop. Both are "in stock". I'm going in in person. One of the products was not at all (120gb sata ssd). Although the 240-gb kingston sata ssd was in stock, the seller fished it out of his backpack, nearly 20% above the advertised price (and the advertised price is not one of the cheapest either). I even went down to the basement level, found a store, and found the same one there, cheaper than the one advertised at Janus. I would not recommend it to anyone. Except for NAV, they would really like it.

Néhány nap várakozás után közölték, hogy javítása túl sokba kerülne, viszont van ajánlatuk egy hasonló tudású drágább HP printerre. Ezt természetesen nem fogadtam el, 2000 Ft-ot kértek az átvizsgálásért. Az ugyanabban az épületben működő Computer patikába vittem át a printert ahol azonnal megállapították, hogy mi a probléma. Még ugyanazon a napon, tehát ma átvehettem a megjavított készüléket, melyet azóta ki is próbáltam és kifogástalanul működik. A javítási költség töredéke sem volt a Janus által ajánlott printer árának.Kérdezem ezek után, hogy Janus vajon melyik arcát mutatta nekem . Biztos vagyok benne, hogy nem a segítőkész megbízható szakemberét. Visszajár -e a 2000 Ft? I took a Canon printer for repair. After a few days of waiting, they said it would cost too much to repair, but they have an offer for a more expensive HP printer with similar knowledge. Of course, I did not accept this, I was asked for HUF 2,000 for the review. I took the printer to the Computer pharmacy in the same building where it was immediately determined what the problem was. Even on the same day, today I was able to take over the repaired device, which I have since tried and it works flawlessly. The repair cost was not a fraction of the price of the printer recommended by Janus. I then ask which face Janus showed me. I’m sure you’re not a helpful trusted professional. Will the 2000 HUF be returned?

A javításon kívül korszerűsítés-bővítés is történt, és fontos tanácsokat kaptam a minél tovább tartó jó működés érdekében. (A gép azóta is kiválóan megy.) Mindig személyre szabott termékajánlatot kapok. Akkor is érthető és türelmes ismertetést kaptam, amikor egyáltalán nem volt biztos, hogy vásárlás lesz a vége- pusztán jószándékból.
