I got an appointment soon. Everyone was very kind and helpful. Not only the investigation but also the intervention was done immediately. Unfortunately, few places in healthcare experience such empathy as here. I hope I don't have to be disappointed next time.

The office is cultured, though the serial number machine and the wall clock work in the winter time. The reception staff is terrible, not helpful at all, manners. But the investigator's staff is nice. The waiting time was very long, though we arrived on time. Meanwhile, they've forgotten about us. (We came collectively from work.)

We applied for mammography in groups from the workplace and had an appointment. It was our soul that we should arrive on time, because that half hour is for our examination. Earlier we arrived in the beautiful, modern room where the receptionist was roughly telling us to sit down! We drew a serial number and sat down. I needed the report right after the examination, so I was advised by phone to take a referral. I took it too. I had the first number so that others wouldn't wait for me because of the find. Later they called me to the front desk, dictated my name, and didn't even ask for a referral. For some reason the lady was upset and moved to the other computer. He was looking for my name when I said we were in a group. He got angry at why I didn't say he had to work twice now. I reminded him that he was telling us how we came in to sit down. I even told him I needed the result right away. You made the necessary data reconciliation and I sat back. The next number on the display was called after me, and my colleague came to the reception and was sent back to sit down by accident. After that, he was dropped from the queue and called on others. She went back to sign up to avoid being missed. We had been waiting for 1 hour when my colleague at the reception told us that we had come during working hours and had to work hard. Two minutes later my name was shouted inaccurately at the end of the corridor (why did we have to draw a serial number then?) And I could go into the surgery. There I again stated that I needed the result of the examination. I got the answer that they couldn't give it up yet. I got angry and told me they didn't say it on the phone, so I asked for a direct referral, and they didn't even get us enough at the reception. Then the screening was done correctly, and in a miracle, after a few minutes, the find was in my hands! Summa Sumarum: In a clinic, you don't expect this treatment, but in a private clinic!

I can only recommend! As soon as I called, I could go for the test right away. We didn't have to wait. Everyone is kind, helpful, attentive. Next time I will choose them.

Breast ultrasound and mammography, as well as histological findings taken here, diagnosed benign breast cancer. 1 month later in another institution, the same tumor was diagnosed as malignant with lymph node metastasis. Therefore, I urge everyone not to care about the diagnosis received here !!! See if no one else acts like me! In response to the Echo Health Center response: The material or amount of histological specimen taken from the breast may have been suitable for making the diagnosis, and the cytologist’s opinion gave a result consistent with the specimen taken, but was the specimen taken from a good location? Because of the fact that I was diagnosed with malignant breast cancer on the basis of samples taken in another institution a month later. And if I accepted the diagnosis you received, I could have been in an even more serious situation. I just wanted to draw my female peers ’attention to my case, so I don’t want to take my opinion off.
