Szinte mindig sokat kell sorban àllni, vàrakozni. Sajnos a személyzet erre egyàltalàn nincs felkészülve, lassúak, körülményesek, ràérősek. Kissé elaggottak ehhez a munkàhoz. Ismerve a posta rugalmassàgàt, ez nem is fog vàltozni! It’s in a relatively busy place, so a lot of people like to do their things here. In comparison, they operate on a very small floor space. Naponta kapok nagyobb leveleket, ami nekünk befér. Postán maradó 1400 ft, házhoz 2600 Ft lett volna. Soha többé nem megyek oda, GLS 1 napon belül vállalja a kiszállítást, 1270 Ft-ért, míg a posta plusz 400-zat szeretne az express kiszállításért. Vicc az egész. Eddig se szállíttattam velük, szóval GLS marad továbbra is. I wanted to give up a lined envelope, weighed down, the letter couldn’t fit in the mailbox. So far, I was able to send it as recommended. Not from today. I get bigger letters every day that will fit us. It would have been 1400 HUF left in the post office, 2600 HUF for the house. I will never go there again, GLS will take delivery within 1 day for 1270 HUF, while the post office would like an extra 400 for express delivery. It's a joke. I haven’t shipped with them so far, so GLS will remain.

The manners and "helpfulness" of one of those working there is horrible. I write this after several experiences, seeing if I just caught my "bad day". Unfortunately not...
