Művészet, matematika, informatika mindent egyszerre tanulhattam. Wonderful building! I completed my high school studies in this old building! It was a fantastic four years with a wonderful faculty and fellow students. I could learn art, math, computer science all at once.

Osztályunk Estók Bertalan Tanár Úr igazgatásával, nevelésével(atyai fülesek) jutott a középiskolai évek végére. Berci Bácsi nagy ismerője, rajongója volt a Bükk-hegységnek, igyekezett velünk is megszerettetni a természetet, a vasárnapi Bükki túrák alkalmával. (szombaton még azokban az években tanítás folyt) Számtalan vasárnapi túráink alkalmával "tekerős" filmfelvevő készülékkel örökítette meg túráinkat. Igen sokszor viszzagondolok a hőskorra, mikor az akkumulátorral működő Panaszonic videófelvevőt, Fujifilm fotóapparátomat használom több-kevesebb sikerrel, és bizonyára a végtermékek is jóval profibbak, köszönhetöen a modern technikának, a számítógépes foto-video feldolgozásnak. A kora reggeli indulás az akkori MÁVAUT. pályaudvarról történt (a mai Eszterházy Egyetem Keleti oldaláról) és az esetek többségében Felsőtárkányban ért véget, ahonnét gyalogosan mentünk a közeli Bükk-hegységbe, érintve a Varró-Erdészházat, a Stimecz turista szállót. The early morning departure was then MÁVAUT. from the railway station (from the eastern side of today's Eszterházy University) and in most cases ended in Felsőtárkány, where we walked to the nearby Bükk Mountains, touching the Sewing Forest House, the Stimecz tourist hostel.
