★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A Jakab-hegy északi oldalában, a Bodor-hegynél lévő völgy felsőbb szakaszán, a P jelzésről letérve a POjelzésen érhető el. A völgy egyik legjelentősebb vízkilépéseként jelentkezik, melynek eredő hozama 6-20 liter/perc értéket mutatnak. A kifolyócsőnél nincs állandó vízjelentkezés. Homokkő sziklából fakadó, kifolyócsővel ellátott vízkilépés. A vörös homokkövek között gránittáblán olvasható a felirata és a újraépítés dátuma. Az alsó triász vörös homokkő réseiből és a márgás rétegek hasadékaiból történik az állandó jelentkezést biztosító utánpótlódás. A forrást az 1960-as években dr. Oppe Sándor vezetésével a Pécsi Orvos Egészségügyi Sportkör Természetjáró szakosztálya foglalta és adta a nevét.
