Popilla Mihály cserkúti kőfaragó munkája. Helybeli fuvarosok darabokban vitték fel a helyszínre. Felirat a kereszten: "Megváltásunk 1000 éves jubileuma emlékére."
on the south side of Jakab Hill, the rock cross on the westernmost rock formations of the Babás creeks. Benjámi Csáki was set up in 1934 on the initiative of a stone-built priest of Kővágószőlő. Mihály Popilla Cserkút's stone carving work. Local carriers were taken to the scene in pieces. Letter on the Cross: "Our Memorial to Remember 1000 Years of Jubilee."

Very good tour! We walked from Kővágósszőlős all the way to Jakab Hill. I recommend to everyone the scenery was beautiful!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Schöner erholsamer Wanderweg zum Gipfelkreuz und weitere Sehenswürdigkeiten am Mecsek. Ist auch mit den Kindern zu erreichen. Bitte Verpflegung mit nehmen oben gibt es nichts. Bei dem ersten bunten Stein geht's rechts nach oben, bitte immer dem roten Kreuz folgen. Parkplätze sind unterhalb.
Nice relaxing hiking trail to the summit cross and other sights on the Mecsek. Can also be reached with the children. Please take food with you. There is nothing up there. At the first colored stone go up to the right, please always follow the red cross. Parking spaces are below.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It's a memorial for a plane crash in the 60's, no obvious tourist road leads there. Or if it is, it's look like a wild animal path. Not easy to reach that spot.
