A legenda szerint itt volt a honfoglaló magyarok áldozó helye.
Nevezetessége a szentély evangéliumi oldalán beépített,faragott reneszánsz szentségtartó fülkéje(pasztofórium),mely az ország legrégebbi reneszànsz stílusú pasztrofóriuma 1503-ból.

 The nave of the church is built in the 14th century, its sanctuary in the Gothic style in the 15th century.
According to legend, this was the sacrificial place of the conquering Hungarians.
Its landmark is the carved Renaissance sacristy (pastophorium) built into the gospel side of the sanctuary, which is the oldest Renaissance-style pastorph in the country from 1503.
