★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A jogszabályok és az ÁSZF-jük szerint is meghatározott módon visszaigazolt rendelést nem hajlandóak kiszállítani. Emailben azt írták, hogy jogászokkal kell megvitatni a dolgot (LOL), mikor tök egyértelmű a szituáció. A levelezésünk óta lassan 3 hét eltelt, azóta semmilyen megkeresésre nem reagálnak. Mindent elmond egy webshopról, ahol nem, hogy a hatályos jogszabályokat, de még a saját ÁSZF-üket sem képesek betartani (bezzeg ha nekik lenne igazuk hajaj...) Nem ajánlom!!!
They are not willing to deliver an order confirmed in accordance with the law and their GTC. It was written in an email that the matter should be discussed with lawyers (LOL) when the situation is perfectly clear. It has been slowly 3 weeks since we corresponded, and they have not responded to any inquiries since then. He tells me everything about a webshop, where they are not able to comply with the current legislation, but not even their own GTC (I wonder if they have the right hair ...) I do not recommend it !!!
