De nem rossz ösztönzés I went in for data reconciliation they said if you switch packages they give 160e ft I said but be it. True, it can only be a commodity with 2 years of flesh. Az ügyintéző lényegében megpróbált lebeszélni arról, hogy itt adjam le a készüléket ("Gyorsabb, ha futárt rendelek a honlapon keresztül vagy személyesen viszem el a gyártó szervizébe"). Ezen kívül alig beszélt velem, csak kattintgatott, nyomtatott. Azt is nekem kellett megkérdezni, hogy hogyan fogok értesülni, ha elkészült a javítás, illetve hogy kész vagyunk-e mindennel, a javítás várható határidejéről pedig csak a kinyomtatott papírról értesültem. A korábbi tapasztalatok, más ügyintézővel, sokkal jobbak voltak. Ez most nem volt jó benyomás.
