I	Imola Borsos on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Az elektrikstore áruházból db beltéri lámpát rendeltünk 2021. január 2.-án (LEDVANCE Vintage 1906 Pipe FLEX).Az áruház honlapján semmilyen formában nem volt jelzés arról, hogy a termék csupán megrendelésre elérhető, és nincsen raktáron. (Kifejezetten azért rendeltünk az elektrikestore-tól, és nem egy másik cégtől, mert a másik cég honlapján jelezve volt, hogy a termék csak megrendelésre elérhető, nincsen raktáron. Mivel nekünk sürgősen szükségünk volt a lámpatestekre- és az elektrikstore oldalán NEM volt feltüntetve, hogy ne lenne raktáron a termék, ezért onnan rendeltünk.) A megrendelés folyamata alatt szintén SEMMILYEN információ nem került elő arról, hogy a termék nem lesz azonnal elérhető. Miután megrendeltük a terméket, kifzettük az árát és megkaptuk a visszaigazoló emailt- csupán ekkor volt benne az emailben az fontos információ, hogy a termék 12-15 munkanapon belül kerül kiszállításra. Már ekkor csalódottak voltunk, mert ha ezt az információt a megrendelés ELŐTT bárhol jelezték volna, akkor meg sem rendeljük a terméket... Mindezek után persze már várnunk kellett. Eltelt a 12 munkanap, eltelt a 15 munkanap is a megrendeléshez képest, és az áruház végül több, mint 1 hónappal a megrendelés után (kb. 22 munkanappal a leadott & átutalt megrendeléshez képest) jelezte azt felénk, hogy nem elérhető a termék és még minimum 1 hónapot kell várni. Megbízhatatlan áruház, óriási csalódás, és emiatt csúszott egy teljes hónapot az építkezésünk. During the ordering process, NO information was received that the product will not be available immediately. After we ordered the product, paid the price and received the confirmation email - only then did the email contain the important information that the product will be delivered within 12-15 working days. We were already disappointed at that time, because if this information had been indicated anywhere before the order, we would not have ordered the product ... After all this, of course, we had to wait. 12 business days have passed, 15 business days have elapsed since the order was placed, and the store finally indicated to us that more than 1 month after the order (approximately 22 business days compared to the order placed & transferred) the product was not available and You have to wait 1 month. Unreliable store, a huge disappointment, and because of this our construction was delayed for a whole month.

Az átvevő helyet könnyű megközelíteni, legalábbis autóval, gyorsan megy az átadás, különösen tetszik, hogy minden alkalommal tételesen ellenőrzik a rendelést. Én csak ajánlani tudom. They are a very good web store, they have a lot of different products at a good price, you can get what you need quickly. The receiving location is easy to reach, at least by car, the delivery goes quickly, especially the fact that the order is checked item by item every time. I can only recommend.

B	Balázs Tóth on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sajnos én sem tudom ajánlani a boltot. Eleinte még meg voltam elégedve velük, mert aránylag jó áron lévő termékeket szállítottak viszonylag gyorsan. Viszont amikor már problémám volt, akkor sajnos ahhoz már eléggé rugalmatlanul álltak hozzá. Aztán jött az az eset, amit már itt többen is megírtak, amikor garanciális ügyintézést kellett intéznem Velük. Egy pár ezer ft-os lámpából vásároltam tőlük néhány db-ot sok más termékkel együtt, azonban az egyik lámpa hibásnak bizonyult. Mindegyik új izzókkal lett beüzemelve, az egyiknél az egyik foglalatban sorra durrantak el az izzók, ami a másik lámpa foglalatában előtte működőképes volt. Utána megkaptam válaszként, hogy egyeztettek a lámpa beszállítójával és nem a lámpa hibája volt, biztos az izzók voltak a hibásak. Érdekes hozzáállás mind a cég, mind pedig a beszállító részéről...2 db 450 ft-os izzóról beszélünk. A történet után mindenki elgondolkodhat rajta, hogy szeretne-e itt vásárolni a jövőben, én is ezt fogom tenni. Unfortunately, I can't recommend the store either. Then came the case that several people had already written here when I had to arrange warranty administration with them. I bought a few of them from a couple of thousand ft lamps along with many other products, but one of the lamps turned out to be defective. Each was fitted with new bulbs, with one bulb bursting one at a time in one socket, which was functional in the socket of the other lamp before it. I then got the answer that they had agreed with the supplier of the lamp and it was not the fault of the lamp, it must have been the faulty bulbs. Interesting attitude from both the company and the supplier ... we are talking about 2 450 ft bulbs. After the story, everyone can think about whether they want to shop here in the future, and I will do the same.
