Egy alkalommal nagyon rendesek voltak, ugyanis egy webáruháztól rendelt áru visszaigazolásában még az volt hibásan, hogy pénteken 18 óráig lehet átvenni a terméket. Vidékről 17:30-kor odaérve kiderült, hogy új nyitvatartás miatt pénteken 16 órakor bezártak. Szerencsére még ott voltak és segítőkésznek bizonyultak. Fast, flexible receiving location. Pozitív, amikor simán feladtam itt egy interneten leszervezett csomagot (nem szabad megfeledkezni a 150 Ft-os, csak készpénzben fizetendő nyomtatási díjról!). Negatív, amikor hasonlóan simán feladott csomag után pár órával később felhívtak, hogy hiányzik egy dokumentum és mi lenne ha visszamennék... Végül meg tudtuk oldani e-mailen. Összességében ajánlom a helyet, ha már annyira kőkori sok futárcég, hogy ragaszkodnak a feladó általi nyomtatáshoz. Frissítem az értékelést, mert nem érzem, hogy bármiben is fejlődne a hely. Másodszor küldtem csomagot USA-ba, ugyanolyan pánikszerűen kért telefonos segítséget a hölgy, mint bő fél évvel korábban. Kitöltöttem a csomag adatait online, majd kézzel az üzletben, majd még egyszer az itt kapott vámkezelési megbízáson is. Volt vagy fél óra a csomag "drop-off". Aztán másnap felhívnak a UPS-től, hogy nem megfelelő vámkezelési megbízást adtak nekem az eLogisztikánál, töltsem ki és küldjem vissza még egyszer. Hihetetlen dilettantizmus, amit nem várna az ember egy ekkora cégtől, ennyi pénzért. I have had both positive and negative experiences. M	Marta Tóth on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Katasztrofális, hogy lassan 2022-ben nem lehet kártyával fizetni, amit egyébként nem tüntetnek fel sehol, hanem a Pick Pack Pont honlapján kellett volna kibogarásznom ?‍♀️csak az embernek eszébe sem jut, hogy egy logisztikai ponton a főváros közepén készpénzzel kell bohóckodni. Értem, hogy így lehet mutyizni, illetve a háttérhatalmista gyíkembereket kijátszani, de vegyük le inkább az alufóliasapit, és éljünk a 21.században. A kapott értesítőben teljesen más helyszín szerepel, ahol a kirakatban eldugott fénymásolt lapról derül ki, hogy a dessewffy utcába kell menni. Itt érkezéskor sehol senki, fénymásolt lapok mutatják az utat egy eldugott hátsó irodába, ahol hosszas köszöntgetés után bukkan elő a kiszolgáló, és még ő reklamál, hogy csak 10 perc múlva, 11-kor nyitnak (kifelé direkt ellenőriztem, a bejáraton 10 óra a nyitvatartás kezdete, az értesítőben 9 óra szerepel). Ezek után én biztos nem bíznám rájuk a csomagomat semmi pénzért. I was forced to use it as a UPS package point. I was there today to pick up a parcel, and they kept their little shop open two hours after it closed officially "to help people before Christmas". Also, they were visibly happy when I wished them a Merry Christmas and a Happy new year. I will raise my review to three stars for this act of initiative. . . . . Tardy operation which, however, works somewhat well when pressured from OUTSIDE OF HUNGARY. Being an UPS shareholder, I do not accept snotty behavior from the red headed worker - especially not dropping parcels in front of my and my colleagues eyes. In addition to that, she lazily forgot to update the tracking data for four parcels, which led the customer to hound me for months. A well worded threat of a complaint at the US investor relations (explicitly mention: this will be handled OUTSIDE of Hungary, by AMERICANS) fixed the problem FOR ME and elevated the operation to about three star level. Nevertheless, if I had not had bought UPS shares, this would be a disgraceful one star joint with a lazy, tardy and snotty worker. UPS would be well advised to close it down. So, I will give the one star rating the operation duly deserves.
