They provided a box, let me use the WiFi to make the label and arrange online, then let me use the printer. They really did everything they could to assist. Terrific experience. Just wanted to add that my box has made it on time. No issues with delivering from Budapest to the states. Definitely recommend this place.
d	derrick yang on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It was the worst experience I've ever had. The delivery guy swear at us in Hungarian,so I couldn't trust him with the package. After that, no one came to pick it up. My girlfriend and I have a good attitude to him, But he has a really bad attitude, scolding clients during his working hours.I hope it’s not racism. I also hope this kind of thing doesn't happen to other consumers.
F	Fabien Snauwaert on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ UPS is consistently too lazy to get up the stairs or call. (Even though they have our phone number, since they send SMSes.) It's the same every time. Paid extra for express delivery, only to get the package late. If you have a choice of shipping company, try Express One. With them, you get a two-hour time window for the delivery, and the phone number of your delivery guy so you can communicate with him (e.g. door code, etc.)

H	Hiroki Kawabata (HiroHero820) on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ UPS is the worst carrier in the universe in that they don’t deliver your packages to your home but instead decide to be lazy and leave them at this access point without any notification even thought we are literally waiting their attempt at home. For those who want to pick up your package this is the one and only access point in the center of Budapest, not at Podmaniczky utca neither at Dessewffy utca, btw which are not even indicated in any UPS website and even the guy from their service center does not know. Opening hour is also incorrect here so I’ll attach the photo here. I’m literally confused how UPS could possibly exist as a worldwide carrier…
