A "szakszervíz" javítás nélkül visszadta a készüléket arra hivatkozva, hogy el van koszlódva és ezt fizetős javításban sem vállalják. A megadott telefonszámomon nem kerestek nekem kellett utána mennem a dolognak. We contacted you about a warranty repair of my vacuum cleaner from Euronics. Mondtam neki ha ez a héten nem lesz meg akkor kérem igazolás róla ahogy nem lehet javítani . Vitatkozik velem ilyen nem lehet ? Javasolok tanulni a jogszabayak Mert igen lehet kérni ? Ne hogy nyugtatja az ügyfélet ha nem kezd vitatkozni velem. Tovább a történet két hónap később tegnap 2021.02.08.an beadás javításra volt 2020.11.23. Nem csak hogy kellett várni 2 hónap egy metró borhűtő javításra mert az alkatrész egy kompresszor nem érkezett tegnap haza vittem állva szállítással Ma bekapcsoltam rövidesen furcsa hang adott utána csend volt és megint működő képtelen vált . B	Balázs Czefernek on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Kritikán aluli!!!! Már az csodának számít ha felveszik a telefont, de amilyen lekezelő stílusban beszélnek az emberrel, lehet jobb is ha nem veszik fel. Egy teljesen új mosogatógépről beszélünk amit párszor használtunk és gyári hibás a kompresszor. A szerelő amikor kijött azt mondta maximum másfél hét amire megjön az alkatrész, de inkább kevesebb. Felhívom őket két hét után és az a “kedves” kis ügyintéző aki felvette ezredik hívásra meghazudtol hogy ilyet nem mondott a szerelő. Ezek szerint itt volt ő is a szerelővel , csak nem vettem észre. Ez a szerviz egy hatalmas nagy nulla!!!!! Nem egy ügyfélbarát szolgáltatás!!!! Under criticism !!!! Épp elkezdtem volna mondani a diszpécser hölgynek, hogy szeretném kiszedetni a beletört darabot, amikor félbeszakított hogy ők nem javítanak hang falat. Mondtam hölgynek hogy még meg se hallgatott, mert nem javítani kell. Működik csak beletört a csatlakozó és kiszedni kell. Erre ő azt mondta, hogy nincs itt a szerelő és vigyem el máshova. Mondtam csak egy műszaki beállítottságú ember kell aki kibontja. Ők nem vállalnak hangfal javítást… Nem erőlködtem tovább. Elvittem a Lajta útra a Gelkába ahol gond nélkül vállalták.
