K	Kővári Zsolt on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nem értem, hogy lehet működő képes az a koncepció, hogy elöbb fizetsz a termékért (mikor még a dobozát se láttad), és csak utána hozza a rakáros fiú... egyszer valamikor... 20 perc múlva(?) Elég kellemetlen, hogy már számlával a kezemben állok és várok mint egy fsz, a sorban 3 utánam következő már boldogan távozott, én meg még a terméket se láttam. Miért nem lehet a termékkel beállni a kasszához, fizetni, majd távozni, mint minden értelmes üzletben? I don't understand how the concept of paying for the product first (when you haven't even seen its box) can work, and only then will the boy bring it ... once in a while ... in 20 minutes (?) It's quite uncomfortable that I'm already holding an invoice in my hand and waiting like a fsz, the next 3 in line have left happily, I haven't even seen the product. Why not be able to checkout, pay and then leave with the product, as in any meaningful business?

Konkrétan az óbudai Média Marktból mentünk át az ottani eladók negatív hozzáállása miatt. Soha nem szoktam írásos értékelést adni, de Zsuzsanna tökéletes volt minden aspektusból: türelmes, segítőkész, talpraesett és nyugodt volt. Tudta, hogy mit hogyan tud megoldani és ez sokkal fontosabb mint, hogy minden kérdésre azonnal ràmondjon valamilyen választ. Csak ajánlani tudom az üzletet és Zsuzsanna segítségét is. A héten meg is kaptuk mindhárom terméket amit vásároltunk: hűtő, mosógép és mosogatógép. Köszönjük, minden kiváló a termékekkel, a legjobb választás volt. I never give a written evaluation, but Zsuzsanna was perfect in every aspect: she was patient, helpful, resilient and calm. He knew what he could solve and that was more important than having some answers to each question immediately. I can only recommend the deal and Zsuzsanna's help. This week we also received all three products we bought: a refrigerator, a washing machine and a dishwasher. Thank you, everything is excellent with the products, it was the best choice.

S	Szabolcs Bódizs on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sold me a "repackaged" laptop which was actually a different, significantly cheaper model than what was specified on the box and the invoice. The actual laptop they advertised (and I paid for) is not actually in their stock. This might have been just a serious inventory mistake, although I have heard uncannily similar stories from friends. On the other hand, customer service was quick to refund me after I went back to the store. I still lost 2 days waiting for the package, along with my faith in the company.
