Megrendeltem egy fűnyírót,majd 1-2 napon belül telefonáltak hogy az a márkájú nincs amit szeretnék küldenek helyette egy másikat ami kicsit drágább. Elfogadtuk majd egy hét után semmi reakció telefonon próbáltam érdeklődni 3 ügyintéző nem tudta miről beszélek mert az előző ügyintéző nem rögzìtette a változtatást. Majd megint kiegyeztünk a drágábbik fűnyíróba közölték hogy fel is adják. Majd egy pár nap múlva megint nem tudta az ügyintéző miről beszélek ezért lesztornóztattam a rendelést. Megrendeltem máshonnan erre kiküldték a lesztornózott megrendelést.Nem normálisak. Senkinek nem ajánlom őket. Subcritical administration. I ordered a lawn mower and then within 1-2 days they called that the brand does not have what I want to send another one that is a little more expensive. We accepted then a week after no reaction on the phone I tried to inquire 3 clerks did not know what I was talking about because the previous clerk did not record the change. Then we agreed again to the more expensive lawnmower to be told to give up. Then a few days later, the clerk again didn't know what I was talking about, so I canceled the order. I ordered it from elsewhere, the canceled order was sent for this. They are not normal. I do not recommend them to anyone.

Annyi biztos le van adva a futárszolgálatnak persze a futárszolg. nem kapott ilyen csomagot. Mindegy még várok kicsit aztán le mondok róla. Ilyen kiszolgálással , hogy tudnak boldogulni illetve fennmaradni. My lawnmower hasn't arrived yet. I keep calling them, but there is no meaningful answer. Két hetet vártam, mert azt mondták annyi idő alatt tudják beszerezni. Közel egy hónap után jön az info, hogy ebből a termékből nem hoztak (ha a cég rendel valakitől egy vagy több bizonyos terméket, akkor az akitől rendeli az azt szállít amit akar?), de van helyette dupla annyiért hasonló termék, amiből adnának 20% kedvezményt. Köszönöm nem kérem! Ha nincs ilyen termék, akkor nem teszem ki a honlapra, hogy elérhető...ez így működik....működne.. 2 stars because communication was normal. Lebeszéltük mennyi időn belül érkezik, közben meg is rendeltem. Mivel nem jött egy visszaigazoló e-mail sem felhívtam őket másnap. Közölték, hogy téves az ár technikai hiba. Mondtam h ezért hívtam fel őket és rákérdeztem cikkszám alapján forintra pontosan. Itt a hölgy letagadta ő ilyet nem mondott, rendelésem törölték. Azóta is ugyanazon az áron van kint, nem törölték le. Megbízhatatlanok és nekem picit adathalász szaga van a dolognak. SENKINEK semmilyen körülmények között NEM AJÁNLOM ŐKET! Unqualifiable. One item is advertised in action, the other is advertised cheaply by default. I called them if it really cost that much and they said yes. We talked about how soon it would arrive, meanwhile I ordered it. Since I didn’t receive a confirmation email I didn’t call them the next day. Reported that the price is a technical error. I said h that's why I called them and asked them exactly forint based on article number. Here the lady refused she did not say so, my order was canceled. Since then, it has been out for the same price, not canceled. They are unreliable and I smell a little phishing. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THEM TO ANYONE under any circumstances!

Akkor derült ki hogy sem szervizlapot sem garancia levelett nem adtak hozzá,szerintük a számla a garancia levél! ( ezzel a Ztech se értett egyett!) Szervizt a mai napig nem tudnak biztosítani egy 189 ezer forintos termékhez!! Meg lett javitva de nem nekik közönhetően hanem a Ztech nek!! Arra sem képesek hogy felhívják az embert higy mi a helyzet! Én hivosgattam őket! Sajnos egyik hülyeséget szajkózták a másik után,de segíteni nem tudtak,vagy nem akartak! Nem ajánlom senkinek! Ezek után én egy szeget sem rendelek töllük!! I do not recommend anyone to buy a more serious product from them! I bought a Ztech electric bike in May 2021, it broke down in September!
