I was pleasantly surprised by the work of the embassy. Work as fast and efficiently as possible, despite the weekend or lunch break. Special thanks to the consul for his patience and sense of humor. Sir, I was impressed by your endurance and productivity, thank you very much for your work, may God protect you. Everything will be Ukraine !!!

Навіщо тоді Ви там є, мабуть ще зарплатню отримуєте? А допомогу просити нам треба тількі у місцевих волонтерів!? Навіть просто порадою не допомогли. І, будь ласка, вивчіть українську. The answer to general questions about human rights with temporary protection is "we don't know, ask the volunteers". Why are you there then, you probably still get paid? And we need to ask for help only from local volunteers !? Even just advice did not help. And please learn Ukrainian.
Т	Тамара Сахно on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Години прийому відрізняються. Якщо вам треба вклеїти дані про дитину до свого паспорта, звертайтеся з 9 до 13. Фото на місці НЕ роблять, відсилають до торгового центру. Сама процедура не займає багато часу, лише дві заяви написати и почекати 10-30 хв. Якщо є змога робіть фото заздалегідь. Reception hours vary. If you need to paste information about the child in your passport, apply from 9 to 13. Photos on the spot are NOT taken, send to the mall. The procedure itself does not take much time, just write two statements and wait 10-30 minutes. If possible, take a photo in advance.

А вот большой минус , это огромная очередь, стояли 3 часа, но и времена сейчас такие, что очереди будут в любом посольстве Украины, любой страны The embassy worker (a man in a scarf) is smart. Clearly answered all of our questions. But the big minus is a huge queue, there were 3 hours, but the times are now such that there will be queues at any embassy of Ukraine, any country
N	Nata Liia on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Щодо швидкості роботи персоналу, чи черг претензій не маю, проте локація посольства просто жахлива. Вхід виходить прямо на автомобільну дорогу, знаходиться установа майже на околиці міста. Навколо всюди сходи, пандуси взагілі відсутні - установа не думає ні про жінок з маленькими дітьми, які вимушені свої коляски тягти по сходах, а ні про людей з обмеженими можливостями. Дуже сумно щодо такої непродуманості в установі, що надає послуги людям. Сподіваюсь відповідальні люди зроблять комфортні умови для громадян України в найближчому майбутньому. I have no complaints about the speed of the staff or the queues, but the location of the embassy is just awful. The entrance leads directly to the highway, there is an institution almost on the outskirts of the city. There are stairs and ramps all around - the institution does not think about women with small children who are forced to drag their strollers up the stairs, or about people with disabilities. It is very sad about such ill-consideredness in the institution that provides services to people. I hope responsible people will create comfortable conditions for the citizens of Ukraine in the near future.
