★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Oh my. Horror. Visa information does not exist. The consul, or as a person is called for extraordinary problems, does not speak English fluently, but no other language. The attitude towards the parties is unkind and rude. He probably got the job through an acquaintance. Terrible experience. Very very bad and unacceptable.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Helpful staff, safe environment, felt like my national home.. kudos to the consular section, they were fast, empathetic, and responsive to my urgent needs. Would say I had the best Naija Embassy experience with them after 16 years living abroad in 7 countries across 3 continents.

Staff were the nicest and most hospitable bunch.
The premises was also far from unkempt and pretty decent.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Shame to Ambassador (Dr.) Modupe Irele , Other Embassy Ambassador's are fixing passport for Nigerian's that came from Ukraine within 3-5 days, but its taken her about 4 weeks to fix her Nigeria citizen from Ukraine passport. Till date they haven't gotten their passport. I am disappointed the way you people treat your citizen.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had a wonderful experience at the Nigerian Embassy in Budapest. I got professional and polite service from the Immigration Officer Mr Ayotunde, the secretary, and the security. Overall, it was pleasant.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It is a shame that the Budapest Nigeria embassy treats its citizens as trash. We came from Ukraine without a passport; we applied for an emergency passport for the past three weeks. It's still not out yet. It genuinely shows how an incompetent Ambassador works. Even in distress, they can not act fast to help people with passports. Shame to the Ambassador. They promise us it will be out within a few days and it's more than three weeks.
