G	György Viktor Nagy on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 3 éve hordom ide a autót eddig teljes megelégedéssel sajnos kellett már kárügyintézéssel is foglalkozzanak az is rendben lezajlott... ha kellett csereautó van... kell fizetni érte, de szinte teljesen új és ráadásúl jól felszerelt... egy hibájuk van ... szinte mindig elállítják az ülést a kormányt és a tükröket..... inkább beállok én a szervíz állásba... de komolyan azt hogy előre húzza a ülést ok legyen, hogy a két külső tükröt elállítja mert tolat vele még megérteném... de a magasságát az ülésnek a belső tükröt a kormány magasságoz minek babrálja valaki pár méter miatt .... I have been carrying the car here for 3 years so far, unfortunately, I had to deal with the damage management, it was also done ... if I had a replacement car ... I had to pay for it, but it is almost completely new and well equipped ... they have a fault ... they almost always adjust the seat to the steering wheel and mirrors ..... I'd rather get into the service position ... but seriously, the reason for pulling the seat forward is to adjust the two exterior mirrors because I can still understand it ... but the height of the seat in the interior mirror of the steering wheel is high why someone fumbles for a few meters ....

Köszönés helyett úgy jönnek elő nagy nehezen az irodájukból, hogy "MI A BAJ??????". Köszönök helyettük is "jónapot"-tal, de semmi válasz! Nekünk kellett elnézést kérni (!!!), hogy olyan kollégájukkal egyeztettünk szervizt, aki nem is ért hozzá. Amiért odamentünk, állítólag nem is megoldható: az ablak automatikus felhúzását nem lehet a Mazdáknál megoldani!!!!!! (???). A fedélzeti komputer funkciói folyamatosan beragadnak. Megoldás: nincs! Arrogant, unprepared, naughty customer service. We went to a pre-arranged job and on time. Instead of saying thank you, they come out of their office with great difficulty, "WHAT'S BAD ??????". Thanks for "good day" instead, but no answer! We had to apologize (!!!) for arranging service with a colleague who didn’t even touch it. Why we went there is supposedly not possible: the automatic closing of the window cannot be solved at Mazda !!!!!! (???). The functions of the on-board computer are constantly stuck. Solution: no!

Végig mutatták a kiállított autókat, kiemelve a felszereltségek közti különbségeket, és azok felárát, amikor az új modellek iránt érdeklődtem. A szervíz időpont egyeztetés is rengeteget javult az elmúlt 2 évben, elérhetőek, előre jelzik, ha esedékes a szervíz, és megfelelően végzik a munkát. Mazda dealers are extremely prepared and happy to answer any questions. They showed the cars on display throughout, highlighting the differences between the features and their surcharges when I inquired about the new models. The service date reconciliation has also improved a lot in the last 2 years, they are available, predict when service is due and do the job properly.

Ez az első márkaszervíz, ahol nem írnak a kötelező szervíz számlákhoz egyéb "apróságokat". Correct administration, precise work. I always had cars running under a company name. This is the first branded service where no other "little things" are written on the mandatory service bills.
