M	Márta Józsáné on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A hely kicsit szűk, csoportos látogatás nehezen oldható meg, de a múzeumpedagogus hölgy tudása mindent kárpótol, előadásmódja laza, de rendkívül magával ragadó, érdemes kisebb csoporttal látogatást tenni itt. The place is a bit crowded, but group visits are hard to come by, but the museum educator lady's knowledge makes up for it, and her presentation is loose but extremely engaging;
F	Ferenc Szabó on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A tárlatot kezelő hölgy kimerítő és érdekes előadást tartott részünkre, pedig ez nem tartozik a feladatai közé. Látszik, hogy szívügye a kiállítás sikere. The lady in charge of the exhibition gave us an exhausting and interesting presentation, although this is not one of her tasks. The success of the exhibition seems to be at heart.

Amikor a magyar órákon foglalkoztunk vele s még csak "kötelező" volt akkor sok mindent nem fogtam fel pedig a családi hátterem a magyar irodalmat előtérbe helyezte, nagymamám is meg nagynéném is magyar tanárok voltak. Aztán most újra "felfedeztem" Adyt egy másik közben számomra igen fontossá vált szemszögből s az pedig a gyógyászat. Itt pedig megint a gyerekkorom lép a képbe, mert Apukám gyerekszobám melletti rendelőjében ki-be jártak az "olyan" betegek. Az emléklakás a Veres Pálnéban egy kis gyöngyszem Budapesten, szerintem beletartozik a TOP 10-be mert nagyon segít átérezni azt a századfordulós hangulatot amiért tulajdonképpen ma is túristák özönlenek Budapestre. Ha valaki eljön a városba és itt kezdené - amit valószínüleg senki sem tesz - akkor rögtön s sokkal jobban rá tudna hangolódni a város s az a bizonyos 1. Világháború előtti időszak szellemére mintha megszáll az Astoriában vagy kávézik a Centrál kávéházban. Ide KELL eljönni s párhuzamosan az Ady Endréről szóló bejegyzést a Wikipédiában elolvasni. Itt nem csak az ő személyes tárgyai (asztala, széke, ágytakarója, ÍRÓASZTALA) látható, hanem a kor levegője is beszívható már amikor belépünk a lépcsőházba, ahonnan feltétlenül gyalog s ne lifttel menj fel az 1. emeletre. Ady itt volt s belőle valami még itt is van. Pedig a lakás szorosan véve nem is az övé, hanem Boncza Bertáé volt. Ő örökölte s ő rendezte be. Persze nem minden tárgy az övék volt de korhű bútorok s a berendezés tükrözik az akkori életmódot. Még folytatom ... Ady ... When we were working on it in Hungarian classes and it was only "mandatory" then I didn't understand much and my family background put Hungarian literature in the foreground, my grandmother and my aunt were Hungarian teachers. Then now I "rediscovered" Adam from another perspective that was very important to me and that is medicine. And here comes my childhood again, because my dad's "patients" went in and out of my dad's office. The memorial apartment at Veres Pálné is a small gem in Budapest, and I think it belongs in the TOP 10 because it helps to really feel the turn of the century, which is why even today tourists flock to Budapest. If somebody comes to town and starts here - which probably no one does - then the city and the pre-World War I spirit of the city and its coffee in the Astoria or the coffee shop in the Central Café can be more and more attuned to it. You MUST come here and read the Ady End entry in Wikipedia in parallel. Not only his personal belongings (desk, chair, bedspread, desk) can be seen here, but the air of the age can be sucked in as soon as we enter the staircase, from which it is essential not to take the elevator up to the 1st floor. Ady was here and something of it is still here. But the apartment was not owned by him, but by Bert Boncza. He inherited it and he arranged it. Of course, not all objects were theirs, but the furniture and the equipment reflect the lifestyle of the time. I'll continue ...

Az Ady emlekház falán, a kaputól jobbra található az Adyt ábrázoló bronz emléktábla, mely dombormű Varga Imre Kossuth-díjas szobrászművész alkotása. I really like this relief plaque! Too bad the tree branches are almost completely overgrown. On the wall of the Ady memorial house, to the right of the gate, there is a bronze plaque depicting Ady, which is a relief by the Kossuth Prize-winning sculptor Imre Varga.
