I got my order within twenty hours and staffs are really kind as well as helpful too. Friendly environment with professional staffs. I would like to recommend this shop to everyone who needs lenses. ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We ordered here new glasses and had few issues with it. First they ordered wrong lenses for the frame and didn't even contact us to let us know about it. They didn't pick up the phone and we went back to ask them personally what's the matter, twice. When we were there they didn't even find our order and it was forgotten. They had some trouble to find it. In the end we waited more than a week until our glasses were done. When I went in here second time, they were working on the glasses accidentally right at the moment. Suspicious, right?
The lenses were not even put properly into the frame and the frame got already some scratches. I had to go back a third time and wait until they did it finally the proper way.
Even if it's busy, I've always seen 3-5 people working there at once. It's not so hard to write a simple Email and contact the people about delays or anything else, right?
That's how service works.
At least the staff members were friendly.
But that's about it.

Order quickly online without hassles and the order sometimes is processed and ready on the same day. Quick and efficient service. Keep it up! ?

I ordered on Tuesday contact lenses to a Foxpost (1 working day delivery). The contact lenses are shown as in stock. By Thursday I still haven't received anything; no email about a delay, no email about the Foxpost delivery, nothing. I wrote them an email on Thursday night asking what is the status and the expected delivery date.
Now it's Friday afternoon and I still haven't had a reply. I tried to call the phone number, but it just says to write an email (which they do not bother responding to). I am going on holiday on Tuesday, so now I have to rush around and find contact lenses quickly from another company before I go. When I check the website, even now it says my lenses are in stock; I guess that is either a lie or they simply are too lazy to post packages as promised.
Either way, a terrible experience with literally zero communication. I will no longer purchase from eOptika, they have lost me as a customer.

There was a delay of my order but it has nth to do with the shop, more of an issue with the manufacturer. They were fast to respond when I inquired every time. Overall very happy with the service.
