D	Dániel Balogh on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bertényi vízforgatohoz rendeltem Magnum szűrőt a cégtől, ami egy-két hét után foszlani kezdett, szalasodni kezdett az anyaga, ezért takarítani sem lehet. Mivel egyértelműen nem megfelelő minőségű terméket küldtek (10 eve használok hasonlót, csak eddig nem tőlük rendeltem) , panaszt tettem. Ezt azzal utasították el, hogy 10 ezer forint alatti termékre, nem vállalnak jótállást, pláne ha egyedi azonosítóval nem ellátott. Tehát (gondolom én) arra alapoz a cég, hogy az ügyfél (jelen esetben én) alapból nem mond igazat, csupán haszonszerzesbol tesz panaszt. Ez nem túl fogyasztóbarat, ellenben cinikus es rossz megközelítés, pláne ha ennyire egyértelmű a hiba. Semmi válasz... Számomra ez elégtelen szolgáltatás. Többet nem rendelek a cégtől, ennyit tehetek, meg azt, hogy megosztottam a tapasztaltakat. Amúgy felhívtam a Bertényi uszodatechnikat, ahol elmondtak, előfordul ilyen minőségi hiba, amit azonnal cserelnek. Ennyi... I ordered a Magnum filter from the company for the Bertényi water circulator, which started to shatter after a week or two, its material started to slack, so it can't be cleaned. Since they were clearly sending a product of inadequate quality (I have been using a similar one for 10 years, I have only not ordered from them so far), I made a complaint. This was rejected by the fact that they do not guarantee the product for less than 10 thousand forints, especially if it does not have a unique identifier. So (I think) the company bases itself on the fact that the customer (in this case I) is basically not telling the truth, just making a complaint out of profit. This is not very consumer friendly, but it is a cynical and bad approach, especially if the mistake is so clear. No answer... For me, this is an inadequate service. I don’t order from the company anymore, that’s all I can do, and that I’ve shared my experiences. Anyway, I called the Bertényi swimming pool technology, where they said there is such a quality defect, which is immediately replaced. That's it ...

Saját magától telefonált nekem a kedves úriember, hogy a nagy csomagomat célszerűbb lenne csomagpont helyett házhoz szállítani. A módosítás ellenére másnap reggel meg is érkezett a csomagom.
