Poor quality products, very slow, incorrect administration! They don't pick up the phone, they reply to email very late, they don't want to return the money on time! I don't recommend it to anyone !!! A dissatisfied, frustrated customer!

I ordered an adjustable small table on March 22, 2022, I picked it up when I opened it, surprised I see the table is faulty. I ordered it from one of the webshops they run, I didn't get the product, I had to email and call a lot for weeks to get it back. I used to buy from a lot of webshops, but it was very outrageous the way they talk to the customer without giving up a product in stock.

I ordered a "moon lamp" product from this company, which arrived at my address within 1 day, worth 4990-Et. I only unpacked the package in the evening. The box was clearly opened, there was no glue on it and the box was dirty. It contained a sphere with a plastic perforated surface that was about 10cm in diameter. Neither a battery nor a holder, and the remote control only had paper in it to change the 16 colors. The neylontas that should have been sealed were "used to put it mildly." Upon my multiple inquiries, an email was sent to me on March 30, 2022, "apologizing" and mailing the replacement product. This has not happened to date.20.04.04.06. I do not recommend the Company to anyone because a 4990-HUF product is not an inconvenience (which cannot be used), but downright bloodthirsty!

Unfortunately, I am not able to report a positive experience so far either. I also work with webshops, so I know that MPL (Posta) dispatch and delivery time is a maximum of 3 days (However, in 90% of cases, packages sent in the morning get there the next day). The company is unfortunately not willing to give up the product in stock, which is sad (order 01.07). I got a promise to give up in the second half of the week and arrive in the first half of next week at most. I don't think the minimum trust that people put in them should be thanked. There could be more of this company if they did their job well. I don’t think the volume of orders justifies such a large arrival time. In any case, there is room for improvement.

I then tried to reach the company at the phone number they provided, but to this day I can't talk to them, there is only an answering machine. I received an email, my 5 emails were finally answered, I'm sorry about the problem, but to this day I haven't received the ordered product, and the package for me is waiting here in my apartment. After that, I feel like you shouldn’t order, just nicely go to the store and buy what you want, you won’t be annoyed. The owner of this company could also see what kind of workforce he is working with, as the revenue will come from doing his job well and accurately with his subordinates.
