K	K P on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A Spar mai naptól 19 óráig van nyitva, ez egy dolog, értesültem róla, elfogadtam. Az viszont egy másik dolog, hogy 18:45 perckor minden bejárat lezárva, a posta pedig a teljesen lehúzott fémroló mögött csendesen pihen. Ha a Spar arra kényszeríti őket, hogy zárjanak korábban, akkor ennek jelzésére van ez az internet nevű újdonság, szempillantás alatt lehet rajta keresztül információt közölni. (A posta.hu szerint még mindig 19:00 a nyitvatartás.) The Spar is open from 7pm today, it’s one thing I learned about it, I accepted. The other thing, on the other hand, is that at 18:45 all entrances are closed and the post office rests quietly behind the fully pulled-down metal blind. If Spar forces them to close earlier, there is a novelty called the internet to indicate this, information can be communicated through it in the blink of an eye. (According to posta.hu, the opening hours are still 19:00.)

A Karácsony előtti forgatagban egy csomag átvételére tértem be erre a Postára, ahol, mint ahogy ez lenni szokott ebben az időszakban, rengetegen voltak. El is könyveltem magamban, hogy ez sokáig fog tartani. És nem így történt :) Meglepően hamar végeztem, mert a Posta dolgozói csak úgy pörögtek-forogtak, minden pultnál kiszolgáltak és emellett még arra is odafigyeltek, hogy Kellemes Ünnepeket kívánjanak! Köszönjük nekik és mi is szeretnénk Boldog Új Évet és kitartást, sok derűt kívánni mindannyiuknak a további munkájukhoz! My sincere appreciation to the employees of Érd Parkváros Post! In the hustle and bustle before Christmas, I came to this Post Office to pick up a package, where, as it used to be during this period, there were plenty of them. I even booked to myself that it would take a long time. And it didn't happen :) I ended up surprisingly soon, because the Posta employees just spun around, served at every counter and even paid attention to wishing them a Happy Holidays! Thank you to them and we too wish you a Happy New Year and perseverance, wish you all the best for your further work!

Le a kalappal előttük, hisz nagy terület tartozik hozzájuk, ami rengeteg embert jelent. Fast, nice people who work here! They can now perform the task assigned to them under more normal conditions. s	szerző Ismeretlen on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Hívtam őket 10kor, 13kor, majd 15 órakor, hátha. Feladtam és felmentem 17kor érdeklődni mi van a telefonnal. A főnökasszony elég arogáns stílusban lekezelően elmagyarázta, hogy a telefon egy másik helyiségben van, amit innen úgy sem hallanak és ember sincs rá. Írtam a panaszkönyvbe, mire meg is kaptam a kötelező választ, hogy elnézést a kellemetlenségekért, minden lehetségest megtesznek, blabla sablon szöveg... Természetesen azóta sem lehet felhívni őket, csak ugye akkor MIÉRT VAN 2 TELEFONSZÁM IS AZ ÉRTESÍTŐN FELTŰNTETVE???? A kiszolgálópultnál lévőket sajnálom a legjobban, mert ez a munka ( - ilyen munkabérért, illetve túlhajszolva, hiszen minimum 3 ember hiány van- ) egyenes út a temetőbe. A	Adrienn Kovács on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Negyedik alkalommal küldik vissza a csomagjaim, mert egy sms-t, vagy bármilyen értesítést képtelenek küldeni! Ha hívnak is utolsó nap, és mehet minden vissza! Körülbelül 20.000Ft mínuszban vagyok, mert nem érnek hozzám célba a külföldi küldeményeim, amiknek a postaládámban lenne a helye!!! Ha nem jó a rendszer, és egy sms-el nem tudnak megtisztelni, legalább ne akkor szóljanak, ha már mennek vissza a csomagok a feladóhoz!!! Szerintem még mindig önök vannak értem és nem fordítva!!! Több figyelmet azoknak, akik még mindig bíznak magukban és a szolgáltatásaikban!!!! My packages will be sent back for the fourth time because they are unable to send an sms or any notification! If you call it last day and you can go all back! I am about 20,000 HUF minus, because my foreign shipments do not reach me, which would have a place in my mailbox !!! If the system is not good and they can't honor you with an SMS, at least don't let them know when the packages are already going back to the sender !!! Stadionnyi légtere van. 2.Várakozás alatt leülhet akinek ez fontos illő távolságban egymástól. 3. Mindezt klimatizált légtérben. :-)) Más postán többnyire állhat sorba az utcán, az időjárásnak kitéve. A kiszolgálás mindenütt egyforma ,a vevő pedig fáradt, mire sorra kerül. :-(( I think there are few post offices so well designed in today’s viral situation. 1. It has stadium airspace. 2. You can sit down while waiting for whom this is an important fit at a distance from each other. 3. All this in an air-conditioned atmosphere. :-)) Other post offices can usually line up on the street, exposed to the weather. Service is the same everywhere and the customer is tired by the time it comes. : - ((
I	István Szirmai on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nem tudom mi értelme van annak, hogy nemzetközi csaomagot háztól házig kérem... Csehországból megérkezik a csomag 3(!) nap alatt Magyarországra, itt adnak neki egy új követési azonosítót, amivel lehetetlen követni, és 2 hónap(!) után szólnak, hogy már 1 hónapja ott van a csomag náluk. Persze amikor gondoltam, hogy ott lesz, és arra járva benéztem, nem tudták név, cím vagy szállítási azonosító alapján megkeresni. Miért? Mert a csomagok lejárat alapján vannak rendezve, és ezért 1 nappal a lejárta előtt kapok róla értesítést, hogy holnapután megy vissza a feladónak. Nem hiszem el, hogy 500km-t megtesz a csomagom 3 nap alatt, a szortírozóban vár 1 hónapot, és utána a tőlem 5 km-re lévő Postán még 1-et, és ha oda is megyek, nem tudják megmondani, hogy azon a 4m^2 területen ahol a csomagokat tartják, ott van-e a csomagom, amíg le nem járt a visszaküldési határideje... És nem azzal van a gond, hogy ez egyszer megtörténik... Ez legalább a 7.-ik ilyesféle "Baki". I don't know what's the point of asking for an international door-to-door package ... The package arrives in Hungary in 3 (!) Days from the Czech Republic, here they are given a new tracking ID, which makes it impossible to track, and after 2 months (!) They say they have had the package with them for 1 month. Of course, when I thought he would be there and walked through it, they couldn’t search by name, address, or shipping ID. Why? Because the packages are sorted by expiration, and therefore I will be notified 1 day before the expiration that he will return to the sender the day after tomorrow. I can't believe my package will take 500km in 3 days, wait 1 month in the sorter and then 1 more at the Post Office 5km away from me, and even if I go there, they can't tell me that 4m ^ 2 areas where the packages are kept, is my package there until the return deadline has expired ... And there's no problem with this happening once ... It's at least the 7th kind of "Baki" .
