G	Gergely Miklovich on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Több mint 1 órát vártam arra, hogy átirassam a nyomorult telefonszamom. vicc az egész sorszámadó rendszer. legalább 20 ember húzott utánam sorszámot de kb csak 3 maradt belőle, mert s többi megelőzött.... csak akkor gyere be, ha penzt akarsz kivenni/betenni, mert igy egyből előre kerülsz, egyébként kerüld el! I waited more than 1 hour to transcribe my wretched phone number. joke about the whole counting system. at least 20 people drew a serial number after me but there were only about 3 left because the rest of them were ahead .... only come in if you want to take out / put money in, because that's how you get ahead right away, otherwise avoid it!
B	Bernadett Dékány on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fontos, hogy csak a Mammut földszintjén lévő fiók van nyitva este 7-ig, itt csak pénztári szolgáltatások vannak. A 3. emeleti fiók nyitvatartása jóval rövidebb. Ezt nem kommunikálják túl. Importantly, only the Mammut downstairs account is open until 7pm, only cash services are available here. Opening hours for the 3rd floor drawer are much shorter. They are not communicating too much.

Aztan le kellet üli egy szamitogephez es megnezte hogy van e annyi a szamlan. 10 perc alatt ez sikerült neki ... Pedig a közben mar 3 szor megmutattuk neki a telefonon hogy van annyi .. Megint 30 perc varakozas es vegre sikerült kiadniuk. Ja és senki nem volt elöttünk. Borzasztó, senkinek sem ajanlom. We take 45 minutes to withdraw 10,000 forints. I've been waiting 1 full hour and haven't been called yet. And they were / are barely in front of me. They have a poorly organized system. I don't recommend it to anyone.
E	Ety on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Egy kerek órát vártam és az egyetlen ügyintéző nem fogadott. A többi dolgozó lófrált, egy meg a pénztárban ült. Nevetséges és felháborító. Az is, hogy be kell menni a mai világban, nem lehet online intézni. Kicsi ügyfél váró van ráadásul, a kabátodat is fogdosni kell, nincs akasztó, nincs semmi. Nagyon nem ajánlom ezt a fiókot. És csak valós adatot jelenítsenek meg! The opening hours until 8pm on Wednesday are completely misleading because they are NOT TRUE! They are only open until 5 p.m. It would be nice to think about the employees with a longer opening hours! And only show real data!
