A hiánypótlásról szóló levelet rossz helyre küldték mivel kétszer már nem sikerült az állandó lakcímhez és a levelezési címhez ugyanazt a címet beírni.... Nem ajánlom őket! Nekem pl. egy udvariatlan és arrogánshoz volt szerencsém, aki csak gyorsan le akart rázni, a problémámban nem segített, visszahívást ígért aznapra, amit 4 napja várok.... Utána a bank telefonos ügyfélszolgálatán viszont azonnal tudtak segíteni. It is important what kind of clerk you go to. Miért van 17:00-Ig nyitva a bank, ha 16:15 nem lehet a pénztárba befizetni!? Persze, értem: ennyivel előbb le kell szàmolni a pénzt!? I give the security guard a five-star rating from Argentina. Ha dolgoznának akkor percek alatt kiszórnák az embereket,de nem nézegetik a várakozókat. Mindenki más ügyben vár csak hozzáteszem! Teljes mértékben megelégedve távoztam, és remélem hosszú ideig az ügyfelük leszek. The security guard is helpful and polite.
