Cette résidence comprend deux batiment dont un avec des apparts un peu plus récents,plus grands et avec vue sur une petite place sympa. Pas très loin du Tram et du métro (10min a pied). Puis après quelques arrêt du centre ville. Rien a redire a part a faire attention car il n'y a pas de réception. Bien booker avant l'heure d'arriver pour faire le Check-In. Very good appart Hotel and very well located next to a small square and a large shopping center. This residence includes two buildings including one with apartments a little more recent, larger and overlooking a small nice place. Not very far from the Tram and Metro (10min walk). Then after a few stops downtown. Nothing to say except to pay attention because there is no reception. Book well before the time of arrival to make the check-in.

Адміністрація сприяє вирішенню проблемних питань, проте необхідне володіння угорської, англійської мов. Convenient location, along with all the necessary infrastructure. The rooms are well thought out, furnished. The administration helps resolve problematic issues, but the possession of Hungarian, English is required.

Az általuk biztosított apartman használhatatlan. A szobában 04.00 tól 00.00-ig bizonyos időközönként elviselhetetlenül hangos zene dübörög, órákon keresztül. Belső szervek, falak, padló, minden szó szerint mozog, olyan hangerővel ordít a zene. Ez elfogadhatatlan, méltatlan, ahogy a szállásadó hozzáállása, stílusa, viselkedése is. Elintézik az egészet annyival, hogy ők nem vállalnak felelősséget semmiért, csak azért hogy elrakták a pénzt, és az bizony már az övék, örökkön örökké. Saját pihenésre szánt időm kellett arra használnom, hogy kiderítsem a dübörgő zene okát. Az ok, az épület alsó részén elhelyezkedő Life1 fitness center, ahol az önmagukat "egézségesnek" gondoló gyermekek képtelenek edzést végezni, ha nem szól 120decibel hangtartományban a zenéjük. Ebből 70-90db simán átdübörög a lakásba, még VASÀRNAP DÉLBEN IS. Általában 6-22.00ig vannak nyitva, viszont a kis alkalmazottak nyitás előtt, zárás után +1-2 órát ráhúznak a zenélésre. A lakás PONTOSAN a life1 zenével dübörgő része felett helyezkedik el, ezért kis szünetekkel a nap 24 órájából 20on bármikor kezdődhet az órákon át tartó elviselhetetlen dübörgéssel ordító zene. 1 nappal előbb jelentkeztünk ki, annyira elviselhetetlen körülmények uralkodnak az apartmanban. Az ágyak rossz szagúak voltak, a falak mocskosak, a berendezés életveszélyes, szabálytalan megoldásokat tartalmaz. Senkinek nem ajánlom, semmilyen körülmények között. Lo sconsiglio vivamente, non capisco le recensioni positive! E in ultimo il personale della reception non ricorda bene i numeri degli appartamenti, per cui quando ci ha dato le chiavi del nostro ci ha spiegato male il numero e ci ha fatto perdere molto tempo per cercare!! Very retro apartment, uncomfortable beds, non-existent handles on the windows so they always stay open !! Lack of hair dryer. I do not recommend it, I do not understand the positive reviews! And finally the reception staff does not remember the apartment numbers well, so when he gave us the keys to our apartment, he explained the number wrongly and made us lose a lot of time looking for it !!

P	Paul Y. Kim on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Quite convenience place to approach to the shopping center, subway station and it felt very comfortable cozy place for us cause of a brand new building. I would have a second visit here with my co-workers again later on if I have chance. Parking is free in case of pre request but 3mins walking distance. No staff and reception due to residence or something. You need to share your estimated arrival time and make sure the time to get together to check in with them for the avoiding the inconvenience each other.
