J	Joanne Croad on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Don't be fooled by the exterior, although basic the rooms were among the cleanest we have been to and the bed comfortable. The kitchen was an added bonus to make a cup of tea. Although the outlook was non-existent the central location made up for that. The staff were fluent English speaking and although we had a couple of issues these were resolved swiftly. Also we could leave luggage with reception on our last day which was very helpful. Would recommend to people on a budget.
M	Marie Casey on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Stayed for a week, and was highly satisfied with the hotel. The receptionist's English was really good and also friendly and accommodating. The room itself was good with one exception - it needed a trash bin, preferably 2. The A/C unit worked perfectly and the fan noise was useful to drown out the traffic (but there were earplugs provided) The pillows were heaven. Phones didn't have any trouble connecting to WiFi, which was fast. Endless hot water and upgraded plumbing. Mini-fridge and microwave. Elevator. Great value all around.

Also the people running the hotel are very friendly and willing tot help you out. It's also situated directly in the center, close to the metro, the bus and the tram... You can go anywhere in Budapest from here. Amazing hotel!
S	So Da on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I was really glad that I ended up staying at this hotel. The front desk staff was perfectly friendly and helpful (speaking PERFECT English, BTW) without seeming condescending or fake. They gladly took my bags as I waited for check-in time and offered me maps and other suggestions on where to go in the meantime. The room itself was very nice. While for someone coming form America, it may seem tight and cramped, after living in Tokyo, this is sort of the norm elsewhere. I was really loving my double bed. The other amenities were nice too. I had a nice shower, the Internet was very reliable (even when it slowed down, it never disconnected, which is a welcome change from other hotel Internet systems), and they give you a nice big bottle of water for free. The location is also absolutely perfect. It's in a great location to walk places or catch a bus or subway train.

m	mia park on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ amir is an excellent front desk person, he gets 5 stars. my room and bed were clean and nice. the shared kitchen is dirty and someone stole my food. overall, a good place for the price.
R	Rola Hadi on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Location and price are good. However we spent 3 days at the hotel and we didn’t see any member staff. At the arrival we were not able to check in because no one was here and the mobile number at the door was wrong. After 15min we noticed that a message was received on booking.com by the hotel giving us the instruction to self check in. The picture doesn’t show the reality about the rooms.
M	Majd Suiefan on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ the property was clean and in a good location and the reception downstairs are very helpful, they have a washing machine and a drier and the building is secured by an outer gate with a passcode. the people staying there are very loud, some residents beside me were yelling loudly until 2am in the morning and no one did anything to hush them, i talked to them twice but useless tries, the property is not like the pictures at all its in a dark alley between buildings, this is not a good option for tourists, i was rented the room for around 50 Euros a night and definitely not worth the money if you want some quiet sleep at night!
