We arrived 30 minutes after 2 pm (at 2pm you can check into your room) and our room was still not ready. Asking the reception what we should do to pass the time until the room is ready resulted in a snappy answer like "you should wait". Which was neither polite nor customer orientated. The rooms are big enough and clean. The "wellness" area basically consists of 3 types of sauna and a fitness room.
